As someone who has navigated just about every storm of life, I am fired up to help you sail through every new season too - the good, bad and the ugly.
Having worn just about every hat there is - mother, wife, first mate, business owner, caregiver, yoga teacher, author, empty nester and life coach - I firmly believe God uses us in every season to glorify Him.
I am curious and grateful for every opportunity!
See, our authentic self isn't who we used to be, it's who we want to be and are becoming. My passion is listening to people's stories and experiences that have shaped or even slowed down the best versions of themselves.
